Inline Hockey Ireland has recently approved two new policy documents.

The first is the IHI Safety Policy. This outlines the responsibilities of all members with regards to the safety of IHI sanctioned activities. It includes information on Safety of Playing Areas, Equipment Requirements, and Respectful Conduct.

The second policy document is the IHI Sanctioned Events Guidelines. These guidelines are conditions which must be met in order for Inline Hockey Ireland to sanction various activities. Both documents are available in Adobe PDF format at the links above, or in the Downloads -> Policies section of the website.

IHI is looking for a few more members to participate in the Strategic Planning Sub-Committee.

The role of the sub-committee is to oversee the process of strategic planning for the organization. The first step in forming the committee is to find volunteers who are interested in participating.

The commitment should be no more than a few days over the next several months. No previous experience in strategic planning is necessary, only an interest in helping to shape the future of Inline Hockey Ireland.

A total of 6 to 12 members are needed. If you are interested, please email general.secretary@inlinehockeyireland.org.
