 Re: Hockey Office
I've personally bought from this shop twice. It is hit and miss really. Of the 2 orders I made both of them were wrong in some regard. The first order was missing a helmet and it was very hard to get the refund for it. The second order consisted of 2 pairs of skates. My pair of skates came in the wrong size but I got the wrong model of skate (the one I wanted was €10 dearer) and the second pair of skates was the right model but 1 size too big.

My advice when ordering from this shop is to keep your orders small, under 4 items or so. Also, if there are two items similarly priced and you are going for the expensive one, don't choose the cheaper one. You might end up getting the more expensive one but will more likely get the cheaper one regardless of which one you actually buy.

 Re: Hockey Office
I have ordered from Hockey Office twice as well. The first time, a shaft I ordered was sent in 85 flex instead of 100 flex. When I enquired about it, I was offered a return or I could also get free shipping on my next order.

Second time, two sticks I ordered had been substituted for lesser value sticks - so I was overcharged about 18 Euro (9 per stick). Again, I was offered to return the items. Instead, I requested a credit for the 18 Euro, and free shipping for next time.

Both orders were sizeable (~400+ Euro), and everything else was satisfactory.

It's a question of whether you are happy enough to deal with the prospect of having something wrong with your order, in exchange for probably the best pricing in Europe. IMO, it's been worth it - so far

placed 1 order only, worth ~300 euros, and everything came perfectly, in less than 5 days.

I would certainly buy from them again
