Re: websites for equipment
I've only ordered from Hockey Office in Europe. They're in Germany.

Shipping is reasonable at 30 Euro for your entire order (I think regardless of size), and their prices are reasonable. It does sometimes take awhile for your stuff to arrive, and it's a bit difficult to break down the language barrier.

Ordering from the US these days seems less attractive because shipping costs have gone up.

Please post back where you order and what your experience is.

Its also harder to order from the US as a lot of major brands don't allow they shops to export outside the US or Canada. Nike Bauer, CCM, Easton etc inpose this restriction. Mission is the only brand I know of who don't impose any restrictions on where stuff is shipped.

I've ordered gear off www.skateattack.co.uk (London) and they are pretty good overall. A little more expensive than the likes of Hockey Office and the ordering process is a little more involved but you get what you are paying for. To order off Skate Attack you need to email them what you want to get. They'll email back what price it will be incl shipping and then you pay via pay pal or over the phone with a credit card. They'll email then once they ship your item.

There are links to online shops in the web links section of the website HERE with reviews of experiences too. If you've bought from a shop, submit a link to it there and write a review of your experience in the comments section.

www.jghockey.co.uk

Whilst the site seems to show a 'limited' range, just email and ask then to source what you're looking for if you already have an idea. Otherwise, they have some good advice as the owners have a hockey background.

www.prolineskates.com

Here they do complete ccm equipment packages for a reasonable price, though the kit is 'ice hockey' based (more protecive because of the weight of the puck and full contact/checking). Represents god value all round.

For younger players, check out www.jghockey.co.uk and look or the one-piece kit for kids.

why two companies if plugging?? just two companies i've dealt with and been impressed by. shipping prices were very reasonable for in the UK, thoug can't speak for prices to ROI or NI.

Re: websites for equipment
I was only taking the piss No actual accusations intended. My apologies.

I took a look at the prolineskates website and have to say I'm impressed by the complete equipment package. A little on the expensive side but a good idea for someone who just wants to buy everything in one go.

Will you add the 2 shops to the list of shops we have already? The link to submit a link is here and there is a category for shops. Throw in as much details as possible and if you want to put down your experience with dealing with the shops put them down in the comments section of the link (after its approved by an admin)
