Dave Hammond: "I am beyond excited to make new friends in the in-line hockey community and for the opportunity to play a small role in putting Ireland on the map. When it comes to in-line hockey, the game is constantly changing and those that fail to adapt get left behind. My plan is to educate the coaches and inspire the players. We are going to focus a lot on skill work and mentoring. Attitude, work ethic and the willingness to learn are what separates the elite from the rest. I am who I am today because of what my previous generation left behind and my goal is to inspire, mentor and educate the future of Irish hockey. We will have 4 player camps throughout the country with the final day being focused strictly on coaching."
