Applications for Junior National Programme Head Coaches are now open.
We are collecting applications for both U18 and U14 programme in the same form. An individual can apply for both roles but can only be head coach of one age group.

The Junior National Programme Head Coaches will be responsible for leading the preparation, development, selection and coaching of players within the U18 or U14 age category. The roles will also involve:
-Setting challenging but realistic targets and establishing plans to meet them;
-Creating a safe, fun but successful culture;
-Creating and implementing development strategies for individual players;
-Giving feedback to any players who not selected for squads and/or teams to ensure they can improve their own game;
-The running of open to all sessions throughout the year;
-Continuous watching of games within the age group throughout the season.

These roles will require an individual to have considerable coaching experience particularly with junior players.

These roles are voluntary positions, however all reasonable costs incurred will be reimbursed.
The successful candidates will require the individual to have either Garda Vetting or Access NI checks completed.
