The Junior Women National Development Programme is designed to first and foremost encourage the development of young female players in Ireland and ultimately represent Ireland in the Junior Women category at European and/or World Championships. Additionally the programme aims to enhance players abilities & understandings and giving them more playing opportunities while creating friendships among young players across Ireland with a common interest in hockey.

Costs
As inline hockey or roller sports are not yet recognised by Sport Ireland we receive no financial assistance from the government. This means that all costs have to be funded by ourselves.
The association is committed to financially assisting as much as possible, but we need to be economically sustainable. Therefore unfortunately the majority of costs will fall on the players and their families. However, we will organise fundraising events and source as many sponsors as possible to ensure this cost is kept to a minimum.
All travel and equipment costs for Championships will be paid at cost and payments will be requested soon after final team selection.
