With the growth in girls participation across the country in recent years we are delighted to be at a point to launch a Junior Women National Development Programme. This is the result of hard work by volunteers to push the recruitment and retention of female players!
Firstly, we are recruiting coaching candidates to come on board and be the driving force of this programme.

Objectives of the Programme
The Junior Women National Development Programme is designed to:
Age Requirements + Eligibility
Initially this will be for female players aged 10-16 (DOB 2006 - 2012) with no restriction on nationality.
When attending European or World Championships an Irish passport will be required.
As inline hockey or roller sports are not yet recognised by Sport Ireland we currently receive no financial assistance from the government. This means that unfortunately selected players will be responsible for all travel & training costs.
The association is committed to financially assisting as much as possible, but we need to be economically sustainable. However, opportunities will be given for players and the team to organise fundraising events and source sponsorships to ensure this cost is kept to a minimum.
